let me finish some stuff before you start using it. i have a theory that this will be easier that emailing. when teams have questions , they can post a comment and you can answer the question once and everyone can see it.
no one can say "i didn't get that info". everyone gets the same stuff. if they don't check it, too bad.
deadlines, pool info, directions, everything that a website would have.
